Well my heart is heavy this morning I love animals to death so I was walking my dog than the people across street dog comes over so I thought maybe he wanted to play with my dog nope he followed us around the whole block, I hate to be mean but his owners left him out all day yesterday no food nor water and there doing Same thing today, so I call my husband so I can get in the house and the little dog runs in with us I wanted to cry so I went back out put water and food out for him if I could have that dog I would get it no animal shouldn't be treated like that espically without water and food😕💖
