That just makes zero sense to me. Cat nip is like weed for cats. Not something you should really be giving to your baby.

Who ever said those things are just uneducated and make no sense. I’m not sure what a cat nip is but I’m pretty sure it’s not meant for a baby 🤷🏽‍♀️. Also water should not be given before 6 months and by 6 months it’s just sips at a time. Babies get enough fluids from breast milk or formula. A baby should not be getting anything but breast milk or formula till 4 months. By 4 months you can introduce baby food. It’s recommended to wait till 6 months tho. But it all depends on what you feel the baby is ready for.
