@avahcruz I was right there with them. I made sure They were sitting up too. They need to start eating foods.

Primary source of nutrition for the 1st year is formula or breast milk. Your babies will eat when they are ready. It doesn’t matter if you are right there with them it is still a choking hazard, your presence does not make it any less of a choking hazard.

My son is almost 9 months and still doesn’t eat solids, he just plays with it. The only thing you can do is just stay consistent with it. Formula or breastmilk should be the only thing in their bottles.

@avahcruz I believed that too until my kids were still staring at me while I ate my food lije they wanted some. Now they are more satisfied

My son does that too, they’re just curious. Do your own research, speak with a nutritionalist. They will tell you the same.
