Sitting on an exercise ball and gently bouncing on it really helped move my daughter down!

@newlyfitmama, I don’t have one and it’s so late in pregnancy I don’t even want to make the investment you know
Mimi·
The edge of the bed wouldn’t be anything like the real thing right? It’s been years since I’ve been on one

@newlyfitmama,

@skysmommy04 they are pretty cheap at walmart. I actually bought mine at 39 weeks with my son because I heard it was great to labor on and it was a life saver when I was having contractions. But yeah I totally get it 😊
Mimi·
@newlyfitmama, I think I’m going to Walmart tomorrow I’ll definitely take a look I mean I’d have it to work out right not bad idea

@skysmommy04 the edge of the bed might be fine. The ball would be lower and you have to balance more on it so it helps strengthen your pelvic floor. But just walking, squats, dancing around, all of it will get things moving like it should be ☺
Mimi·
@newlyfitmama, I have been squatting and I honestly feel like my pelvic area is less painful I did some butterflies as well and the stretching felt good it feels better to walk I never knew that would all help
Adrienne Kark·
@skysmommy04 exercise actually makes for an easier labor!
Mimi·
@newlyfitmama, thank you so much for the advice I’ll definitely be keeping busy
Adrienne Kark·
@skysmommy04 I'm not pregnant anymore but I still use my balance ball doing exercise videos so it was definitely not a waste of money regardless!
