I was on oxy for a month during bedtime. But otherwise during the day I was out shopping 4 days pp. Sneezing or coughing will suck for a couple of months, support your belly. If you got dissolvable staples especially. I sneezed once and forgot to hold my tummy and one staple ended up poking through the incision. I had to clip it and wait for it to fall off. No big deal, but still freaky 😂🤷🏼♀️

Really depends on your tolerance for pain. A few days to a few weeks. Mine went away 3 days later. The more you move the better.

A belly band from hospital or your personal one will be your best friend.

About a couple weeks but I was walking 2 days later, and wasn't as bad as I was anticipating!
