@lana30319, there was a high speed chase and the guy hit our bedroom (it was a sunroom) we have 2 other bedrooms but we have 2 foster kids so they have to have the bedrooms) our landlord refuses to fix anything she keeps blowing smoke up our ass. We want to buy before taking her to court.

Heck girl I read it and I couldn't believe it and was in shock! And I can only imagine how the older kids reacted.

I mean if we didn’t have 2 foster kids I wouldn’t be complaining as much as we would have regular bedrooms but since they have to have the bedrooms we settled for the sunroom. My husband starts the mines next month and the lender said give him 6 months once they hire him (he has to go through training then they hire on) then we will be able to get a Home loan. Looking at summer time 🙌

At least that is a major relief for you. Thank God! I hope the folks or cops have respect enough to apologize for what happen? And this can go down in the category you see in the movies but never thought would happen in real life.

@lana30319, the cops were to busy talking small talk to the neighbors. We didn’t have gas which is the only way we can use our stove for over a month.

On the positive note you were able to make things happen. Older houses were built to last. And it didn't completely cave in. Yet finding a 4 bedroom home that can't be easy! Or is it in your area? And from the pic I love how y'all have space between the lots. A yard for kids to play in. So rare to see.

@lana30319, we haven’t begun to look as we don’t want to to get our hopes up. The foundation is off now for the impact. I love the yard, not to big not to small. Also we haven’t heard from the guy who hit the house.

@xoxomamaof2xoxo I would have never thought something like that can affect the foundation of s house. That crap is expensive! Someone I knew had a crack in their house $3k. Good thing you r renting!

Now mind you I haven’t texted her because I refuse to be lied to anymore and the guys who came to but the door up (it’s boarded up right now) told us she refused to give them money to do it and keeps blowing them off. She texted today and said I’m going to have those guys put the door on after the holidays.. ugh
