So Baby August is teething pretty intense , now has two teeth breaking through. Runny nose , sneezing .... but he also has ONE puffy eye . It’s slightly puffy nothing too bad and there’s no redness or discharge. Could this be a symptom of teething ?

I know what I was meaning to ask y'all . Is it true that at the age of one your baby would have to switch to sippy cups because of their teeth rotting out? The nurse told me I would have to stop Carmen from drinking out of bottles since she's has been switched to whole milk because it will start rotting out her teeth.🤔 Help me understand because either way wouldn't the whole milk still be in her mouth unless you brush her teeth ?
