Yes it's fine to let him sleep as normal xx if hes unusually drowsy that's when id ring the doctor xx

Thankyou ladies he has gone to sleep now he was tired before he fell il keep checking him. Can't have him on my bed anymore he jumps around like a kangaroo now. So il keep his chair in here in future gosh what a day already xxx

Mayas fallen off the bed loads of times! On to wooden floor too! Accidents happen! Just keep an eye on him... watching out for him being sick xx
