PLEASE HELP!!!

I came back from the hospital earlier, around 9ish & they said my baby had tonsillitis & an ear infection. I gave her medicine there but she hardly drank any if not none. Right now she's still crying & super fussy, she can't sleep cus she keeps crying. She will fall asleep for a couple mins then cry again. Should I take her back in? I can't take anymore of this, I feel so bad.
