If you try to pull it out on your own something could break or get stuck inside of you.
Don’t risk it. Just go to your OBGYN and have them take care of it.
Wash your hands, sick your fingers in there and feel for your strings and just pull. If it doesn’t start coming out then it’s stuck/embedded somewhere and you should probably go right back to your obgyn or go to the emergency room. But that’s just me. Lmao I took my first one out on my own, easy peasy
I here that's very dangerous I would go to your OBGYN!
I tried really hard to get mine out with my bare hands but couldn't, I needed gloves or something to grip the string bettee. I still can't believe I almost did it .
My hubby helped me on the 26th. Just opened myself up sterilized tweezers and got a grip of of strings with tweezers and pulled it out.
