I hate when they put it in all medical terms so that it’s harder to understand what the hell is going on. Not everyone knows medical terms and we sure as hell don’t learn them in highschool. Makes us worry about our pregnancy 24/7
May be what's called a subchrorionic hematoma. I had 2 and was told it's typically from implantation. It's always in comparison to the size of the baby. Seems smaller than the baby, so just do pelvic rest, no heavy lifting and rest as much as humanly possible.

Don’t worry it’s common. 1 in 4 women experience it in pregnancy. It can get confused for a light period most times

I agree with @badadvicemom he may mean subchorionic hematoma. I have one but haven't bled any. Hoping I don't!
