I feel like my guts are being twisted and are wiggling around... I also fell slightly nauseous and I just feel off... I hope I'm not getting badly sick.. I ate some scallops and mantaray fillet yesterday and I'm honestly not sure if I cooked them properly... I'm nervous... I really don't want food poisoning...
