Ok ladies, I'm 38 weeks pregnant and having a super sharp pain in my lower back. I've had back aches and back cramps but nothing like this. Someone tell me if this could be or be related to back labor contractions or no? What does back contractions feel like??

Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.

This may be stupid but....how long do contractions last for? I keep having period cramps and lower back pain but it lasts like 3 minutes each time.
