@caseysmommy92 it's where everyone brings a gift and put it in a pile. Then you draw numbers to see who picks first from the pile of presents.

@caseysmommy92 I'm doing it with family. It's a fun game. I tried getting my work to do something like that but they are bah humbug haha

@caseysmommy92 oh no! Haha I would try for next year. And it doesn't have to be expensive. We have a $30 limit. I think it's more fun than having to get gifts for everyone that are adults. It's cheaper in the end too. We just worry about the kids now and for the adults we do the white elephant.
