@suzannecamilleri26 nope. They didn't ask. All I said was I had no receipt and it was purchest 4 weeks ago. Because it was new stock they could see we didn't have it to long. They offered to exchange or money back or gift voucher. So was pleased. They could see it wasn't our fault. Not like a big scratch. It was litrely coming apart xx
