I was at my moms house yesterday, and Ava started doing this arm flapping when she’s excited about something, she’ll be 2 in March, and the first thing my mom said was “that’s a sign of autism”.. is that true?

You should ask her pedi just to make sure! They for sure can tell u if she has it or not

Sometimes kids do these weird things but they grow out of it like my daughter pulls her hair

I don’t think so my son does it all the time he did it in front of his doctor and she didn’t say anything she thought it was cute.. she is still young and learning I wouldn’t worry to much about it but definitely ask her doctor if your worried
