I'm honestly trying to be the bigger person with Naomi's father but when he telling people I'm the reason he don't see Naomi is bullshit he is allowed to come over he just can't step foot in my mother house cause she lost all respect for him but no one is gonna call the police on him I told him that he is welcome to take me to court over visits but I been told him his off days he can take her if he has two off days back to back he can keep her overnight his excuse is he doesn't wanna deal with my "bs" guess what I am her mother you been crossed the line with me many times I'm to the point I'll rather just go to court than deal with petty childish bs

Thats what you should do. Bring him to court, give him specific visitation days and times, and when he fails, violate him then people will see the truth

@allyk.xmommy, he constantly uses court has a threat waiting for him to do something cause he honestly doesn't know how to handle her and already hasn't watched her in over 2 or 3 months but I secretively been talking to a lawyer over legal advice and everyone saying don't push it he don't wanna be a father why push him to take her for a few hours

@mommyloveshersweetdiva thats what im saying though. Get ahead of his court threats. Hes telling people its you that's causing him not to see his kid. Him being in and out your childs life will do more harm than good. Trust me. I went through it as a child.

@allyk.xmommy, I wanna go to court but honestly what's holding me back is I want a good lawyer and don't have the funds for that and don't wanna put my daughter through more drama with her sperm donor
