@amouryaya09 of course it's cheap, but property taxes are still high. With the updates that it needs they'll be lucky if they get 100,000

@blujul8, yes girl I bought my old house for 300,000 in 2015. It was nice but not worth it in my opinion lol

@blujul8 exactly. We started to notice the house needed so much fixing, like electrical, plumbing, and the roof would need fixing too it's starting to leak in the master closet. That and it has only has 1 bathroom. The basement would need to be dug up, my fiance kept hitting his head when he'd do laundry. Mind he's 6'4" and I'm 5'4"

@amouryaya09 there's land, but there's mixed wiring with old and new and plumbing needs updated. Probably have to add 2 other bathrooms since they say it's 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Basement would need to change somehow esp if you're tall. They do have a shed. It's not bad but for 125,000 it needs a lot of work mostly upgrades

@charmed040309, yeah that seems like more of an investment property. You would have to know how to do majority of it yourself without having to pay a lot of money on top of the purchase.
