Can my ex take my son out of state without my permission? I have full physical custody and am the primary parent. I just have a sneaking suspicion that he is either taking my son with him to go get his daughters in TX over this weekend/Xmas time he has with him (this is the time where he always goes and gets them is when he'll have him) or he is going to dump my son on his parents which he is suppose to be present at all times when he has my son it's violation of of order if he's not but I'd never know cause he lives 3 hours away. 😒 I hate this guy.

No he can't. If he does then it's listed as kidnapping if the cops get involved.

All you have do is call the courts and talk to the person who handles your case. You can also call your local police and ask them questions.

@isabellesmomma212, oh I meant I need to find out if he's planning on taking him. I'm going to ask him Friday when he's going to get them. And I'm not letting my son go if he's going during that time. Cause that's BS guy can't even ask me? And why not just let him stay with me for the holiday if he's it going to be around? Guy is a real winner i tell you. But who knows maybe he's going later or sooner then usual idk

Lol yeah. Just tell him that you'll call the cops if he tries. Scare him a little.
