So a 3 year old my mom watches gets lice really often but always weeks apart. She's the only kid she watches and nobody else in her house or the kids parents house ever get the lice, there's even other kids there. The kid doesn't go to any school or anywhere where she might be getting them. They always wash everything in hot water when they find out she has them. They just cannot figure out where she's getting the lice from. Anyone else deal with a situation like this and have any suggestions?

Treat with a coconut oil and warm vinegar mixture. Are they re treating after a few days ?

Also tea tree oil really does help repel. My daughter kept getting it and ever since I started using tea tree oil she hasn't. I put 4 drops of tea tree oil, 4 drops of lavender oil in a spray bottle worth water and spray her hair every morning when I brush it. The lavender is to make it smell better 😂

Are the spraying dolls and stuffed animals with rubbing alcohol spray and vacuuming floors?

@ashleydunn i don't know what they're using to clean the toys but i thought they could only live off a human for so long? We're talking a month between incidences
