@tazrobs89 oh yeah i had the same ones after my c section. My husband had to do it for me because i was too scared to do it to myself

I had these throughout pregnancy and after and I got used to doing it so much so strangely miss doing it.

Lol 😂 the trick is rub an ice cube on the area where you will inject and and it numbs the area so it won’t sting or hurt when you inject yourself 👌🏼also it stops bruising. A few years ago I had b,old clots on my lungs due to contraceptive pill 😢 and i had to take these for 4months Until my blood levelled out. I def recommend you do the ice cube though it saved me a lot of tears and did t seem such an dreaded ordeal xx
