What was the first sign of real labor for you? Is lower stomach pains a sign labor is coming soon ?

Lower back pains for me

My contractions felt just like period cramps. I had them on and off for a few days before labor.

Also a few days before I was extremely fatigued

Well days and sometimes weeks before I went into labor I started feeling off kinda like I was getting the flu I was really tired and loss of appetite with 2 of them labor started with just a backache until I went to the hospital I was having contractions but didn't notice over my constant back pain with 1 I was having really painful contractions every min and with my last my water broke but labor didn't start so I was induced
