So I have a weird question is it normal for the prenatal vitamins make you nauseated? I'm taking a different kind and its making gag every time when I take it with food

The only prenatal vitamins I can take are the gummy ones they don't make me sick

The pills do but you can take em right before dinner or bed. But the gummies are easier

My nurse said it was unusual... but it happened with both my daughter and my son. With my son, i quit taking them because I didn’t want to be sick all the time.
