@mommy_of_two_boys, oh! Okay! When I read that on your post I read it a different way. 🙈 sorry girl! But yeah, it could just be BH if they’re not painful. However, if she is contracting she should time them to see how far apart they are. If they’re close she should probably either call her doctor or go into l&d so they can tell her if they’re serious or not.

@malainaheka23, no need to be intense I had mild contractions for my daughter everyone experiences them differently hun

Tell her if it isn’t easing up with water relaxation and possibly Tylenol she should call l&d see what they advise

My contractions felt like period cramps that intensified, I was shaking through my contractions . When a contraction hit.. I had to stay in whatever position (sitting up, slumped over etc) if I tried to move during a contraction it felt like my body would sieze up like a charlies horse . Idk how to explain but every pregnancy is different
