Hi does your 8 month old baby takes an afternoon nap nd has troubles to fall asleep at bedtime? I dont know what to do when she sleeps before bedtime i dont know if i should or not wake a sleeping baby up just bcz she wont sleep at night to do what? overtired baby cant play when shes tired its torture on them to keep them awake but its a struggle at bedtime later bcz i have a 2 year old so it just messes up my evening even a 20 mins nap at wrong time makes her fresh nd less tired for bed i just dont know how to set her routine she refuses to nap in the early afternoon so she naps at 6 i dont know if thsts her bedtime or not but she wakes up after one hour nd sleeps around 2 which isnt good for her or me :/ i know babies will do that nd woll not strictly follow the routine but dont know what i should do aboit this?
