Workout done! My daughter wanted to be held during 😩 but I got a good 30 minutes in. I am 7 pounds away from pre pregnancy weight and my goal is to get there before Valentine's Day. I need to do this for myself! I'm in a good place though, given the fact that I gained 50 pounds with my pregnancy. And I love that my daughter likes having dance parties with me 😁😁😁
Yes! It's a great workout holding them or lifting them! And I want to encourage her to workout too. My mom rarely worked out when I was living at home. When I became a type 1 diabetic, I used magazines and the internet to teach myself how to workout. We always want the best for our babies 😁😁
