Ok, so I am new to the app and I need some advice. My husband travels alot for work and it seems when he is gone on longer trips my 14 month old doesn't sleep as well, will hardly sleep in her own bed and is very clingy. Is there anything I can do to help her during these times?

I had bad separation anxiety when I was little so she used to give me something of hers to hold on to so I knew she was coming back my father in law also suggests a T-shirt that smells like the person that’s what he did with my husband

Sleep deprivation will do that to you
