@keeleyconlon, I've lost a stone and a half so far, but I also go to the gym twice a week. I hate dieting so I've decided to just go sugar free as well which helps. But my weight loss has slowed down a little at the minute because of breastfeeding, apparently your body resists too much weight loss. It's all worth a try though. The wii sounds fab, I'd defo be using it if I had one. X
I use an app called workout trainer, it's pretty good, its got lots of exercises of different lengths depending on how much time you've got. I've still got a stone to go though. X
