Write him something. I once made a little "book" for my husband and on each page I listed a memory or something that I loved about him. And I would make cute little drawings to go with it. He really loved it and it didn't cost me anything. Hand made gifts are the ones that are from the heart.

@blujul8, @sedaparish, he was actually going to make me a steak dinner but I told him not to because it was going to be super expensive, and we don’t have all the money in the world. I’ll figure something out:)

@believeinbuddha, every anniversary or birthday we get each other cards, but I was thinking of just writing a letter saying how thankful I am of him!

I've also made him a Love jar. I cut up slips of paper and wrote little jokes and things to make him smile on each piece and he can pull one or two out when he needs a smile.

Girl I have been there done it all! You don’t need steak to celebrate. Even one time I did deserts and wine I put the kitchen table in the living room! Went to the 99 cents store got some balloons and a card!!! It’s the thought that counts hun...they love stuff like that! I even did the coupon book lol! One coupon for head anytime, one message & so on! He loved it...
