Try a warm baking soda bath no soap let her sit and play for 20-30mins however long the water stays warm and air dry and let her air dry after every change and diaper free

If its a diaper rash not going away ,see if its a yeast infection rash .

@mamiiscorp, no just formula and her baby food and can a yeast infection rash be on her but but not her whooo ha?

@momboo, at first we tried triple antibiotic ointment and it helped but as soon as I stopped using it the rash was back. I was told to use pink xav it works REALLY well as I’m told by many people I just have to order it off amazon and I have to get my card fixed before I can order any so hopefully this butt paste works! I’ll keep you informed for sure!

@momboo when it happened to my daughter she had a yeast diaper rash,and soaking her in very warm water with baking soda WORKED.

They gave us you a special antibiotic ointment..nystatin I think is what its called.

Could be the detergent?

After wiping her off...use a dry rag or towel to dry the area before putting on diaper cream/petroleum jelly

My son always and I mean always get rashes! Thought it was diapers, wipes, detergent and then my doctor told me that the rash has to be completely gone before you can figure out what’s wrong so she told me to use bag balm! It’s weird because it’s in this green tin can and not really made for babies butts and let me tell you! It worked in like a day! It’s also a protectant from yeast infections! We use it twice a day when he gets up and when he goes to bed (: I mean it’s always worth a try right?

If you're using disposable diapers, it might be the brand or the chemical in the diapers itself. My daughter's skin only does decent in Pampers. My friend had to switch her kid to cloth diapers because her skin was too sensitive for disposable.
