Apparently I have an unpopular opinion that you shouldn’t need a babysitter to go to the damn bathroom. It’s not my fault your child is unruly and clingy. Why should I have to babysit him while you take your sweet ass time taking a piss when I have enough on my damn plate??? You have a second kid on the way. As do I. So do us both a favor and learn to fucking parent. I’m not helping anymore when my baby is born. I will have my son and my own unruly daughter (that I don’t ever pawn off on anyone else for a break) to take care of, on top of school work and my mental health to take care of. And of course recovering from child birth and getting my tubes tied and my still badly bruised toe. I’m tired of helping people and never getting anything in return. No one ever goes out of their way for me.

Right..i just don't understand why people are that way. Im a SAHM, so the baby is always taken care of and even on weekends he don't really give me a break. My boyfriend got mad at me because he asked me to give my son a bath & i said no. He's only given him 2 baths out of the 4months he was born smh. He literally feels i should do more because he brings in the money, hes making me want to go back to work so i can make money to and he have nothing to complain about.

@danyellehouse56, like I don’t mind helping every now and again to give the girl a moment to herself. But it gets ridiculous that she basically refuses to do ANYTHING without someone watching the kid. He’s a year old. The laundry room is about 10 feet from her room but won’t put him in the pack n play or the baby gate/play yard thing for 5 minutes while she throws a load in and starts it or switches it or throws it in a basket to bring in the room. Won’t do that to go pee. And hardly ever cleans her own room cause she never got him used to being left “alone”. And by alone I mean without human contact for 10 minutes. Even her just walking around the room cleaning or whatever will upset the kid. I get that some kids are clingier than others but if you can’t find a way to make it work, you should probably try to ween him off YOU. 🙄

@brianne true...by "wheening off" do you mean letting him have alone time a little even when crying? Mines like to cry and roll around a lot even when i put him down for 5-10min. I know it'll be a trial and error type thing but id like to know what i could try doing(hopefully that makes since)

@danyellehouse56, yeah kinda. This kid is a year old. Has no idea how to play by himself for 5 minutes. He even gets sick of playing around my daughter quickly.
