After the birth of my daughter i haven't had much confidence. Can't fit into any of my old clothes. I can't stand to look at myself in the mirror. My stomach is full of stretch marks. When me and my boyfriend argue he tells me to eat my problems away. Then swears up and down he doesn't mean it when the issue is resolved. I weighed 145 lbs before getting pregnant and gave birth at 217lbs. This is the biggest I've ever been. Granted I know it's because I just had a baby but still. I've been working out but haven't lost much. Has/Does anyone else feel this way? Any advice? 😞

Same here. 😢 I was 145 before and 180 when I had her. I’m still 175....I’ve never had to work out before so I don’t know where to even start. And all my clothes are small sizes and don’t fit so I’m usually in sweats all day. But my husband doesn’t understand why I feel so insecure 😟

@denise1493 I know exactly what you mean. At this point I don't even have pants. It's either sweats or leggings. My boyfriend tells me I'm beautiful that I need to stop stressing but it's not really what he thinks it's more about how I feel about myself. And it's like you can feel every pound sometimes. Like I used to be pettite and now it's like my stomach and chest are in competition on who can stick out the most. I have a double chin now like how much worse can this get lol.

Yes I feel you girl but it's the stress that affects our weight , I'm sorry your hubby is no help at all , he should at least be there to support you thru this. Losing weight is not easy but trust me you can do this keep your self motivated and try apps or even on here . Set up a breakfast , lunch , dinner and workout at least three times a day. You get there . Remember focus
