Ok last night was day of period I had cramps checked inside with toilet paper and it was a little with pink before I went to bed had no more cramps checked and nothing at all no blood I knew it was coming it will be starting more when I went to sleep woke up and nothing and yesterday was the day of my period

@chelseymamma, it's the weekend they are closed so I can't and I do have an ultrasound appointment this Wednesday to see if the cysts are gone

If you had sex recently your cervix could have been irritated and had a little blood mixed in with your regular cm maybe?
