Even this lactose free milk don't sit well with me 😕 I can't ever enjoy a bowl of cereal 😡😂

Have you tried fat free skim milk. I know I had to drink that bc my daughter wouldnt allow other milks lol

@charmed040309 Haven't Tried skim, but the lactose free is 2%. Idk what to do, send a pic of what you drink please lol

@krisfreeman I wish I still had the milk. I think it has a red or green top. I was able to drink it all the time.

I drink SILK coconut milk. Vanilla. It's so good!

Try almond milk

Try an alternative. I dont mess with dairy at all. It aint for us.

@krisfreeman, it’s good I’m lactose intolerant I can’t drink regular milk so I drink that
