Hi ladies my baby is 1 month old he didn't poop for about 2 days I'm breastfeeding mom is that normal to not poop for 3 days should I call my pediatrician or I have to go to the emergency please give me suggestion

Some babies go a week. I breastfeed and she went 3 days several times. Anytime you want to call the pediatrician do it for peace of mind. Is he having wet diapers?
