Can someone please educate me on implantation cramps? I am 4 days late for my period and plan on testing tomorrow, but I have been cramping on and off since yesterday. From what I read implantation cramping is accompanied with spotting and I have nothing just a watery discharge .. I am worried that I may just be getting my hopes up

You don't need to spot. I didn't with my children.

As pp said, spotting is not indicative of implantation (it just happens to a small percent of women). I think being very late for af is a bigger indication of pregnancy than implantation...
