I honestly don’t know what to do with myself. He threatened to try to get her taken away from me once she’s here. He said he will try to get custody of her. First off she ain’t yours so that won’t work. He said I’m not fit enough to be a mother and that she would be better off with him. Like I literally owe my roommate $800 cuz he wasn’t giving him rent money. He can’t even drive either so like wtf😫

If he's not on the birth certificate then the courts will make him do a paternity test and once it comes back negative they will tell him to go on somewhere else because he has no rights

Its ridiculous how many people think that custody is like a game of red light green light and whoever makes it to court first wins the baby for themselves.

@believeinbuddha, yea it’s ridiculous. He is the most unstable out of the two of us so idk why he would even bother trying.
