TMI.... no pics.... I had my cervix checked yesterday and bleed for a few hours then it turned brown…

TMI.... no pics.... I had my cervix checked yesterday and bleed for a few hours then it turned brown and stopped sometime early this morning. Flash forward this evening and the bleeding is back only it’s pinkish and mucous tinged. Should I go to L&D or wait it out? Sorry this is the first pregnancy where I’ve had a cervix check my others never made it this far.
