My son is two and I still can’t use them, it hurts me terribly and they always feel like they are falling out. Idk, it’s weird lol

I don’t think I used tampons for 7 months after my son it went alright but I notice that tampons actually dried me out after having him which made it hurt like hell taking them out I actually ended up switching to softcups

I couldn’t use them after having my son. I didn’t get my period back till after 6 months of giving birth. I was breastfeeding. But when I tried using them they irritated me down there.

I didn't have a problem I used them again starting like 5 months pp. It was my 2nd or 3rd pp period i was just sooooo sick of using pads I can't stand them so it wasn't a big deal. I even used them with my mirena in I guess I'm weird haha

I used Tampons maybe a few months after my daughter was born and it was fine it just depends on your body

Honestly a soft cup is a disposable menstrual cup. You cant feel it when it’s in and doesn’t effect how bad my cramps are since my son I’ve have super cramps from hell I like using a heating pad an laying down if that doesn’t work I’ll try some bc powder which is a powder form of like Tylenol

@kedrababy, just change your tampon as much as you can that actually helps with cramps . Heating pad. If you can’t get a heating pad put rice in a sock and microwave it

I don’t really notice cramping anymore because even when I’m not on my period I have severe “period” cramping so bad it even hurts my back
