My son has had watery poop the last week and he’s pooping constanlty and it’s a liquid! Is it something I’m eating. I breastfeed him!!?! This has never happened

It could be that hes teething. Babies can get diarrhea and a fever when teething

Do babies poop like that when they teeth? @alekandaryasmommy . Is he on antibiotics for something? My son poops like that when he’s on antibiotics @tjsmomma,
