Ok anyone feel like weak in the arms and legs? I know i need to go for walks but I never can get energy to. :(((

I never went on walks. My bf had to force me and took me to the mall and random places with him just so I would walk. He wouldn’t hardly let me sit down or anything. I was a couch potato for the most part and that caused my body to handle my pregnancy the way a 40-50 year old would.
