Hi mommas! Question for any of you 2 time mommy’s who have had c-sections. So currently I am 31 weeks pregnant, I had a c section almost a year ago with my son. Recently if I cough or move in a certain way I feel like a stretching pain near the old incision, is this normal?

Yep that's normal. I still get that an my daughter is 6

@momma-bear, my doctor also said it's ligament pain too with growing an baby. Everything is stretching

I would bring this up to your doctor. It could be just the nerves regenerating/ round ligment pain or it could be something more serious if your Csection was only 11 months ago.
