A probiotic is for colic, which is baby cough. Gerber makes some. My babys’ pediatrician recommended Gerber Probiotic. Ask their pediatrician to make sure.

how bad is his cough? and also is there smoking in the house ? my SO smoked in the house once and I brought baby out and he had a coughing fit and continued his cough a few days, few times a day 😟😟

You shouldn't give them anything. Consult the pediatrician. What worked for others might not work or be okay for your baby.
