Cuz I'm not sure if my water just broke or what but my underwear is all soaking wet along with the bed and it just won't stop coming.

I'm pretty sure your water broke, that looks and sounds like allot of fluid!

I've never dealt with it before tho, because mine didn't with my daughter, I never even dilated at all, so they had to take her by emergency C-section at 4 days late...
