What is sleep? I honestly don’t know anymore. My son doesn’t believe on sleeping early and he doesn’t believe in sleeping through the night. I don’t know how I manage to get through work everyday without killing someone.

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
So I don’t think I will keep this pregnancy and I don’t know what I’m supposed to do

What can I do to help my 2 year old sleep through the night? 😭 he wakes up almost every night around 5-6 am and doesn’t fall back to sleep until 8-9 am and when he falls asleep is when my other kids wake up so I hardly get any sleep also. I don’t know why he doesn’t sleep through the night but any tips? This momma needs some rest! 😪
