So this stray dog came to my house 2 days ago. He won't fucking leave. Doesn't belong to anybody in my area and nobody claiming him. He is aggressive torwards my dog. My husband is working. We don't have a collar to tie him up. Animal control doesn't open until noon. I can't let my dog outside with him out there. What in the hell do I do.
