So I've had this god awful pain in my elbow mainly. I had carpel tunnel symptoms with my daughter but this feels different. My fingers are stiff and my wrist hurts (which is what I felt with my daughter) but also my elbow is in so damn much pain I wanna cry and so is my shoulder. On occasion it shoots into my neck. I was crying this morning cause of it and my boyfriend gave me Tylenol and wrapped a heating pad around my elbow. He said I'm going to the doctor if it's still hurting when he gets home. What can be done about if I did go to the Dr? I can't take anti inflammation medicine. Would an elbow brace help?
