My little man has been breaking out in these hive like bumps on his cheeks and under his chin and a little on the top of his back. These are the only places he gets them. I don’t think it can be from his clothing and it doesn’t seem to itch.

Can babies break out while teething??

That’s the only thing I can think of because he has all 4 canines coming in at once !
