At what age did your babies start sleeping through the night? And did you do anything special to help them, or was it just on their own?
My baby is 9 months & knows how too and has done it before but refuses to sleep through the night & im really struggling 😩

6 months was her first 10 hour sleep. But at 2-4 months she slept for 6-8 hours. Then went through a sleep regression from 4-6 months.

About 10 months for my girls. And they still a full 12 hours. Routine helps sooo much! Full tummy, nice warm bath also help 😌

5 months! I usually just put lullabies to sooth her and thats been what helps alot.

My daughter is almost 3 months and every night around 4 she starts cluster feeding then at 7 we do bath time and turn down the lights and create a calm environment. By 7:30 she is asleep. She will wake up around 10 to get one last feed in and then is out for 8 hours! We do the same thing every night and it’s been working!
