I'm just shocked at how he sleeps with so many blankets!! Doesn't he overheat? Lol my kid kicks off the 1 light blanket I put on him..he will not sleep with a blanket on him 😂

@rmreed, I usually put 2 blankets on him during his naps but this is really my first time putting him to bed on his own so I don’t really know what to do! I only lightly drape them over him so if he gets too hot and moves they’ll fall right off...ah now you got me thinking I should go peel the one on top off 😶

@samanthaann Unless your house is really hot I think 1 is plenty! If he over heats he could get a heat rash ☹ lol you did great! That's awesome my kid fights sleep like a maniac! In my dreams will he go to bed quickly

@rmreed, I peeled it off! I honestly have co slept since day 1 he’s only used his crib for naps but it’s time to get him out of our bed so I just nursed him sitting up instead of with him laying down and he fell asleep and I laid him in there and I’m seriously so shocked he didn’t wake right up...every other time I’ve tried he has given me hell...the real trouble is going to come when he wakes up in the middle of the night asking to nurse 🙃 hopefully I can nurse him and put him back and he will stay sleeping other wise I’m thinking I may need to let him cry it out a little ☹️ my goal is to get him sleeping through the night I have no problem nursing him to sleep but I don’t wanna do it throughout the night anymore!

@fasciamom, I got it on amazon it’s a toddler pillow so it’s pretty thin and so tiny! I started using one for him around 8 or 9 months!

@dextersmama, I know! Coming up it’s supposed to be below 0 where I live and I also live in an old house where heat seems to escape so easily! He’s in fleece feeties too so I did end up taking the second blanket off

@morgan.k, he’s got fleece feeties on! I took the top one off so he’s just got the blue snuggly one, that one is pretty big so I’m hoping he stays warm! My mom said he could wake up if he gets hot so I’m definitely trying to avoid that lol

It’s so hard to know if they’re too hot or not. It drives me crazy! I’m always second guessing myself lol
